"Clare is an excellent teacher. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very experienced. She keeps her skills up to date and her classes fresh and engaging. All activities are adjusted for those at different points of their Pilates journey - from beginners to those ready for more of a challenge. The flexibility of the zoom classes enables me to participate in my favourite Pilates activities even though I now live far away from Essex."
"I can't speak highly enough of Clare. Having attended her Pilates classes for five years now I can honestly say it's the highlight of my week and I never want to miss it. Clare is lovely, approachable, incredibly skilled at what she does and always makes you feel so comfortable with the movements. She is always happy to scale movements and is very conscious of helping you. Having an office job I feel that my posture and balance has improved tremendously all down to Clare's skilfully thought out classes. We love you Clare, I could never go anywhere else!"

My core is stronger and my joints more flexible. Clare’s classes are varied from week to week and are planned to suit all ability levels. She supports everyone within their own limitations. "Definitely recommend. Classes are friendly, informative and fun. Face to face in a class or via zoom. Clare is an extremely attentive pilates instructor who adapts her lesson plan to an individual when needed whether it needs to be challenging or to a specific injury/ailment. Lesson plans are varied with lots of fun equipment either supplied by Clare or you can bring your own. Clare was recommend to me by friends and I’m so glad they did."
